Exterior doors at Faith Builders Day Care are locked throughout the day to provide a secure environment for the children in the Day Care.  Parents and other family members who are authorized to drop off and pick up children will need a key FOB for access.  Please complete the form below to request a FOB for door access to Faith Builders Day Care.   A $10.00 fee is required for each FOB.   You will be notified by the Director when your fob is available.
